In these Conditions “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to SkiItaly and “You” and “Your” refers to the client making the booking and all members of the Party.
Quotes are valid for 48 hours.
All reservations are subject to availability, at the time of booking. Any verbal quote is an estimate only and can only be confirmed when the reservation is confirmed and the deposit received. When a booking is made, the person effecting the booking is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all people named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to these terms and conditions. No variations to these terms and conditions will be of any effect unless made in writing and with the authority of SkiItaly.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is payable within 3 days of the booking. Failure to receive the deposit may result in the cancellation of the booking. On receipt of the deposit a confirmation of booking will be sent. A deposit holds the services requested but does not guarantee price. Payment in full at the time of booking holds the booked services and guarantees price.
The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival at the booked accommodation. Failure to receive the balance due may result in the cancellation of the booking, such a cancellation will attract the corresponding administration and cancellation fees.
Bookings made within 45 days of arrival at the booked accommodation will only be accepted if full payment is received by SkiItaly within 3 days of making the reservation.
If We have to change any part of Your booking for reasons beyond Our control or if there are any changes in applicable charges, we will notify You. If any such changes result in Your holiday costing more or otherwise being materially different from that originally booked, then You may cancel the booked accommodation and/or services and We will refund any monies already paid less any charges levied by suppliers.
Please note that prices quoted in this website are subject to change without notice. This may occur due to matters outside our control, which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include (without limitation) adverse currency fluctuations. Please contact Us for up-to-date prices.
The prices shown are for payment by cash or direct deposit. A credit card/ Paypal surcharge will apply when paying by credit card.
CURRENCY ADJUSTMENT POLICY
All prices are subject to variation due to volatility in foreign exchange rates. Any variation to quoted prices will be based on the rates available to Us at the time the deposit is paid by the client and again on payment of the final balance. Our exchange rate at time of deposit is only taken into account for amount of deposit paid to overseas supplier. SkiItaly may take out foreign exchange contracts to protect the client and Us from excessive adverse movements in AUD exchange rates. For this reason, the foreign exchange rate applied to client payments may differ from the current market rate.
At any time clients can lock in the current prices by paying the balance in full, at the current SkiItaly exchange rate.
An amendment is a change to an existing booking with the same inclusions. A transfer to another package may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.
Notice of amendments must be received in writing (or email).
Amendments of confirmed arrangements may incur a charge of up to $50 for each amendment, plus any applicable cancellation charges or fees charged by service providers.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
Without limitation, the following cancellation fees will apply as a minimum and are subject to change:
A/ Bookings cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival to the booked accommodation will incur an administration fee of $100 plus any additional fees levied by the service providers (this may equal to 100% of the deposit paid);
B/ Booking cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival at the booked accommodation will incur an administration fee of $100 plus a cancellation fee as levied by the service providers which may be equal to the total value of the booking.
To the extent permitted by law, no refund is available for cancellations after the holiday package has been commenced or in respect of any accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised.
Requests for refunds received more than 6 months after the departure date for travel will not be accepted.
Any refund due will not be processed until the relevant funds have been returned by the service providers to Us.
No refund is given in whole or in part for unused days and / or services.
METHOD OF PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via Direct Debit, Credit Card, PayPal (surcharges apply).
ACCOMMODATION & GENERAL INFORMATION
SkiItaly has exercised reasonable care and skill to ensure that the content of this website is correct, accurate and up-to-date at the time of publishing. Please note that the contents of this website are based on information supplied to Us by third party suppliers and while we have visited all of the accommodation and other service providers, We do not have, and cannot be reasonably expected to have, personal knowledge about all of the facilities or services provided by each supplier.
Facilities and services may change at any time without notice. Prior to making a booking, you should ask Us about any changes of which We are aware. You should also ensure that we can contact you in case We are advised of changes that occur after booking,

Travel documents include (without limitation) hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain condition and/ or restriction including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date changeable, non transferable and subject to cancellation and / or amendment fees.
It is Your responsibility to collect all travel document prior to travel.
PASSPORTS & VISAS
It is your responsibility to ensure You have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be Your sole responsibility.
It is Your responsibility to ensure You are aware of any health requirements for Your travel destinations and to ensure that You carry all the necessary vaccination documentation.

HOLIDAY COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE
Airport taxes, airline tickets, passport costs, visas (where required), laundry, beverages, meals other than specified, excess baggage charges, insurance, gratuities or tips and other items not listed under holiday inclusions, additional costs incurred by weather or failure of transport services or other circumstances beyond the control of the holiday operator or acting agent.
The cost of anything not specifically noted as being included in the holiday package is at the client’s expense.

SkiItaly acts as a booking agent only for the persons or organizations providing or offering the means of travel, accommodation, ski lifts or services detailed and as such cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, accident, delay or any other irregularity outside of our control. The issuance and acceptance of any receipt, voucher, coupon, exchange order or itinerary shall be deemed as consent by the client to the above conditions.
SkiItaly has no responsibility for the products or services provided by third party service provider, nor does it make or give any warranty or representation regarding the standard of those products or services. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by those service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not SkiItaly. If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider and not with SkiItaly. Please be aware service providers may limit or exclude liability in respect to death, personal injury, loss or damage to baggage.
SkiItaly cannot be held liable for any alterations, act or omissions on the part of those supplying accommodation or other service providers, subject to any statutory liability, which may not be excluded by law.
All prices are based on known schedules, fares and tariffs and exchange rates at the time of publishing and we specifically reserve the right to modify them in any way considered necessary or desirable or to change any reservation or accommodation feature without notice and for any reason whatsoever, and add the extra cost, if any, to the account of the client. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any holiday or any booking made for a client or decline to accept or reject any person as a member of a holiday. We shall be under no obligation or liability to any person as a result of any inaccuracy, miss-description or changes to any holiday or its itinerary, or for the losses or additional expense due to delays or changes in air or other transport services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. Baggage and personal effects are at the client’s own risk throughout the holiday and it is Your responsibility to effect insurance if desired.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We exclude all liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise of third party providers over whom We have no direct control, and for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to physical and psychological injury and loss or damage to property of whatever nature) that may arise in any way in connection to the offer or supply of products and services through SkiItaly or any third parties, or in connection with the supply of such products or services. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased holiday arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event that is beyond Our control, which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on Our part.
We strongly recommend you take out adequate Travel Insurance at the time of your booking including snow and ice sports cover.
SNOW WEATHER CONDITIONS
SkiItaly cannot be held responsible for snow and weather conditions, cancellations as a result of snow or weather conditions will attract cancellation charges.
A payment of deposit will indicate an acceptance of the above conditions by the client.
